白木が見事ですし、手元をさらしての仕事ぶりです
お見事です
ミシュランガイドに載っているお店とも全く引けを取りません
唸りますし、鰈が２つ出てきたとしても、ひとつは塩、ひとつはチリ握りと表情を変えて供されます
流石、親方は、大阪のニューオータニのご出身とのことであり、乾山さん系なんでしょうね
仕事を終えて、飛び込みで、昼の遅い時間に伺いました
親方とお話しすると、知り合いの魚屋さん、お寿司屋さんもあり、世間は狭いと思いました
納得するお仕事でした
工夫もあります
技術もおありです
流石と思うのは煮鮑、かんぴょう巻きですね
ただ、煮鮑なのに、俗称のバンドは必要なんでしょうか
水谷さんの仕事を見て、あらためてバンドは要らないと思いました
さて、鱧と新玉ねぎのスープは料理として美味しいです
お寿司には馴染難いと思いました
全体的に北新地の高級店ですね、お値段もね
再訪しましたが、同じ印象です
レベルは高いですね
お店の空気を含め、ご立派です
夜にしっとりと伺いたいですね
お昼に８００円で海鮮丼を頂きました、このお値段で誠に申し訳ないと思いました
明石の菊水のチラシに近く〜ご出身の一つである明石の有名店も、先代は菊水のご出身ですしね〜オボロやあぶったタイラギ、鰻などお見事ですね
北新地のおかざきさんと同じく、近々、夜に伺います
