2011年2月オーオプンの新しいお鮨屋さん。
西天満の裁判所の近くで発見しました。
清潔感のある店内は、新しいこともありますがとても綺麗で眩いほどの清潔感。
良い鮨屋の雰囲気です。
L字の白木のカウンターが１２席、これも眩しいです＾＾
あて、握り、の順番でお願いしました。
ランチもされているようですが、毎日 明石で仕入れをされているようです。
こだわりのあるお鮨屋さんは好きです。
お造り
カツオ、鯛、鮑
大きめのサイズで贅沢です。ポンズか生姜醤油でいただきます。
とり貝は酢味噌か、ワサビだけで。甘くて美味しいのでワサビだけで十分でした
揚げ物
ホタルイカ。揚げたものは初めていただきます。
揚げ加減が柔らかく、中のミソがジュワッ～と口の中で広がり、とても美味しかったです。
カレースパイスもつけてみましたが、イカのミソと合います！
握り
お任せ３貫お願いし、トロ、漬マグロ、穴子をいただきました。
少し大きめのサイズ。口の中でホワッとほどけます。
穴子は塩味とタレ味、２貫。柔らかくとても印象的でした。
あて
玉子。スポンジのような食感で口の中で甘～いお出汁がジュワッと広がります。
wineも置いていらっしゃるようですが、今日は日本酒で。
３種類ほどいただきました。
酒米”愛山”で造られている『黒龍 大吟醸純米』がとても美味しいかったです♪
トロリとしていて、旨みがジワッ～ときます。
キレがあって柔らかい甘さがあって、複雑な味わい。
素晴らしいお酒です。
お造りも握りもネタ大きめで大将のサービス精神を感じられます。
美味しいので、気がつけばお腹いっぱい＞＜
危険ですネ＾＾；
お値段も新地価格でございましした・・・(^_^;)
北新地から少し外れた場所にあるので、もう少し控え目のお値段であれば嬉しいです＾＾
