大阪 西天満にある鮨 林田さんにお伺いしました。
西天満の夜は周りは暗い場所にしっぽりとあります。
店に入ると大きな白木のカウンター 12席 一席が広めでゆったりです。
コースで アテを数品、握り、巻物、デザートあり 最近の派手なお鮨というより、いい意味で地のお鮨を頂くような印象です。コスパは少し悪いかな。
大将は寡黙かと思えば、お話すると少しシャイでいい感じで、珍しいお酒の話など楽しそうにお話されていました。プロゴルファーの山下美夢有選手などのサインがありました。
