北新地「のき」でお好み焼きと創作鉄板料理。
この日はclubhouseでお好み焼きトークをしているときに繋がったお好み焼き屋さんへ。
北新地駅から徒歩3分、「お好み鉄板のき」さんです。
ずっとお休みされていて、宣言明けと同時に訪問。
北新地っぽいという個性。
ぐるりと厨房を囲むカウンター。
お好み焼き屋さんというよりも、カジュアルな鉄板料理屋。
北新地っぽいです。
同じ大阪のお好み焼き屋さんでも全然雰囲気違って面白い。
この多様性、個性が面白いところ。
お通しは車海老の塩焼き。
レモン絞って美味。
鉄板マーボー豆腐1280円
お好み焼き屋さんですが、こちらの麻婆豆腐がテレビで紹介されたという名物メニュー！
鉄板で手際良く麻婆豆腐が出来ていくのは見ていて楽しい。
しっかりコクのある辛さで酒が美味い。
ミンチもたっぷり、最後まで美味い。
幻の卵とあぐーぶたあぐー豚のとん平焼き1480円
このとん平は職人技。
薄焼のあぐー豚と半熟目玉焼きをくるんと巻いてる・・説明が難しい！（笑）
あぐー豚はカリッと、玉子はトロッと、中にはシャキシャキネギ。
あぐー豚の手ごねハンバーグ1580円
上に乗っているのは焦がしチーズをうす焼きにして丸めた物。パリパリ食感が楽しい。
ハンバーグはじゅわじゅわと肉汁が溢れて、デミチーズソースも抜群。
老若男女大好きなハンバーグです。
お好み焼き豚1180円
そしてメインのお好み焼き！
厚みのあるお好み焼きを時間をかけて鉄板で蒸し焼き。
細かく刻んだキャベツが口当たり良し。
「正統派フワフワ系お好み焼き」という店主のコンセプトにも納得！！
創作鉄板とお好み焼き。
良いお店でした！
