こじんまりした店内はカウンターの中が厨房で店主の無駄の無い動きや、手入れの行き届いた厨房を見れば料理への期待は膨らみます♪
カレーの煮付けを頼みましたがアッサリした甘味が上品で魚の旨味を引き出していて美味しく、臭みが無いのもさすがです。
刺身は勿論新鮮なのですが、熟成？と言うか美味しく食べれる食べ頃を踏まえて提供されているんでしょうね？他のお店では味わえない逸品を食べさせてくれるお店です♪
漬物の糠漬けで一品一品丁寧に作られていて常連になってしまうと思います(笑)
