大丸で買い物途中、無性に出汁が啜りたくなって大丸地下2階にある「つるとんたん」へ
大判きつねとろろのおうどんを注文
大きな器に入ったうどんはやっぱインパクトあるよね( ´ ▽ ` )とりあえずササッと写真を撮って麺が伸びないうちに食べることに
数本食べてみて…うどんの茹で加減も…出汁も…
訪問したのが夕方16時を過ぎてたのもあってか出汁も煮詰まって濃く(元からこんな味なのか?)後味も塩味だけが残る感じ
これだったら某チェーン店のうどんの方が美味しいんじゃないかって思ってしまった(。-_-。)
今回は出汁の味を欲してたからシンプルなきつねうどんにしたんだけど…出汁もほぼ飲めなかった
うーん…少なくとも関西人の口にはチョット…
他の種類のうどんにしたら違ってたのかな?
