ドレッシングがタイ感たっぷり。。
ナンプラーの効いた私好みの味付け。。
前菜②海老のすり身揚げボール。。
海老の風味抜群！甘めのソースでさらに美味。。

ちょっと癖ありの香草が練り込まれてるかな。。
でも美味しくいただけた。。
海老のカレー風味な卵炒め？
