■OHANA's commitment

■OHANA's commitment

At OHANA, we carefully select fresh seafood, domestic meat, and seasonal vegetables, and carefully prepare them with great care. We also use our own homemade blends for bread crumbs, frying oil, sauces, salt, and other condiments. We want you to enjoy the most delicious Fried Skewers, so we deep-fry each skewer one by one and serve it according to the customer's timing. The skewers are fried at the perfect time to bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients, and the fat content is reduced, so you can enjoy it with a surprisingly light flavor. Enjoy OHANA's carefully selected skewers to your heart's content.

Special frying oil

We have blended high quality lard from the Netherlands in consideration of its compatibility with fine-grained bread crumbs that do not absorb oil.

Special sauce

We are particular about compatibility with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and offer two types: a special thick sauce and a mustard sauce that uses peanut butter as a secret ingredient.

Special ponzu sauce

We offer a special ponzu sauce that has just the right amount of acidity to go well with fresh seafood and brings out the flavor of yuzu.

Specialty salt <Genuine natural salt>

Based on natural rock salt from the Himalayan Alps, which is surrounded by rich nature, we blended several types of salt to create a salt with a mellow taste.
