近くの串カツ屋さん はさ田さんに続く対コロナウィルス戦二本目の長打です
エンタイトルツーベースか三塁打
北新地のランチの本来あるべき姿です
私が個人的に思う北新地のランチとは？
①夜の営業が本番だから 夜のラインナップかそれに準じた構成になっている事
（ステーキ屋さんのカレーやハンバーグはOKだけど
夜のメニューにカレーが無いのにランチのカレーは微妙）
②お値段は1000円以下が好ましいが 敢えて1000円越えもアリ
但し ハイクオリティであること
③白ご飯は炊き立てピカピカで味噌汁・漬け物に手抜きが無いのは当たり前
夜営業のレベルを暗に示すモノになっている事
ランチのラインナップも充実
初訪問なのでオススメをお伺いすると 鷄南蛮か鯛の荒だきとの答え
揚げ物気分ではなかったので鯛の荒だきにしました
待ってる間に前菜のセット？九種入りの塗りの箱が到着
これがどれも どのお料理もちゃんとしている
強いて言うと切り干し大根の煮物だけが凡庸でしたが
切り干し大根の煮物で凡庸では無いヤツに出会った事が無いので仕方ないかも
他の8種を活かす為の咬ませ犬的切り干し大根の煮物？
大抵こういう設定でいろんな前菜が出て来ると過半数がやっつけか、間に合わせ、ちゃんとした料理になっていないケースが殆どですが、こちらのラインナップはどれもこれもちゃんとしていて これらの前菜だけでご飯が一膳なくなってしまいます
前菜ではなくおばんざいが9品です
鯛の荒だきはしっかりした味でランチ向きにチューニングされてます つまりは酒相手じゃなくって白御飯向け
炊き具合もバッチリ 鮮度が悪かったり火の通りが甘いと身離れが悪いのですがキレイに骨からホロンと離れてくれます
また来ます というか 来週も行く 一通りチェックしないと気になって仕方ないから
白ご飯がもう少しピカピカならホームランでした。
