無性に天麩羅が食べたいって気分だったんで、近頃色々と調べていたら「ガツめし」と言う雑誌にこちらのお店が掲載されてました
中でも「天丼」は野菜の天麩羅にプラスして刺身と雲丹とイクラまで盛られている豪華さ
にも関わらず¥1480と言うリーズナブルなお値段
場所も通勤電車を途中下車して一駅分と言う事で今回お邪魔させて頂きました
店内に入るとカウンター席、奥にはテーブル席が、まだ早い時間だったので「お好きな席へどうぞ」との事
1人だし明るい事もありカウンター席へ
まずは飲み物の注文
ドリンクメニューを見つつ天麩羅目的なんで、ここはやっぱり日本酒でしょ
って事でベタに有名所の『きくひめ 先一杯 純米酒』の半合を注文
程なくしてグラスと一升瓶を持って店員さんが登場
並々と溢れるまで注いでくれます
そして『先付け』「モズク、蕗と牛蒡、蓴菜、蛍烏賊、島辣韮」の5種
どれも日本酒に良く合います
フードメニューを見ていると天丼目的でしたが、他の物も摘みたくなって、それじゃあーって事で「魚と肉」両方を1品づつ
『鮪ほほ肉たたき』と『豚の角煮玉子添え』を注文
『鮪ほほ肉たたき』
薬味の「大根おろし」と「おろし生姜」をポン酢に溶いて切り身にネギを乗せ実食
生の部分と炙った部分の食感の違いやほほ肉の旨味がさっぱりとしたポン酢で美味しく頂けました
『豚の角煮玉子添え』
箸で簡単に切れる程よく煮込まれた豚肉、煮汁の濃い味をまろやかにしてくれる卵の黄身
一口大にして卵黄をしっかり纏わせ実食
肉の繊維がホロホロと解けて、脂の所はトロットロこちらもいい感じでした
グラスも空になったし、そろそろメインに行こうかと追加注文
お酒は【当店限定】の文字が気になったんで『蔵生酒 零』を、そしてメインの『油屋天丼』を注文しました
先に来たお酒をちびちび飲みつつ待っていると
真打ち登場
『油屋天丼』
野菜の天麩羅が4種類と有頭海老の天麩羅、鮭の刺身に雲丹とイクラも乗ってます
天麩羅の衣はサクサクで、野菜の甘味や歯触りも際立ち、丼ツユの香りと相俟って凄く美味しかったです
ナマモノの所も醤油を垂らして美味しく頂けました
単品の天麩羅も気になる食材が沢山あったので、次に来る時は色々な天麩羅を肴にお酒を頂き、〆には「鯛茶漬け」か「鯛めし」を食べたいと思います
