A variety of dishes using Miyazaki chicken, Miyazaki beef, and vegetables delivered directly from the farm. Among them, the famous ``Kirishima chicken thigh grill'' is a dish where you can feel the original flavor of the ingredients. Also, "Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)" is currently a hot topic in the media. From dishes created based on customer feedback to dishes that go well with shochu.
