Every morning, add 20kg of chicken bones to 80L of water and simmer for about 6 hours. The finished product is 6L. Use this hot water soup as a base and adjust the taste with homemade seasonings. We use only carefully selected shark fins made by our chef, making full use of his experience working at a famous shark fin restaurant. Plenty of collagen too! ! Please try the taste that you can't get at other stores! !
