大阪駅より徒歩5〜7分のグランフロント北館にあるイタリアン イル ギオットーネ ディ ピュー。
高級感のある店内で本格イタリアンを楽しめるとあって、なかなかに人気があり食べログのTOP5000にも選出されています。
奥には個室も用意されているようなので、記念日などの利用にもおすすめですね。
今回はランチメニューのPranzoAを注文。旬の食材であるブリや、ズワイガニを使用した前菜とパスタは、大根のかき氷やカラスミ、山椒、柚子といった様々な薬味が程よいアクセントになっており、食材の美味しさが際立っていました！
メインの淡路鶏も非常に柔らかく、弾力もあって食べ応え抜群だったので、梅田でコースのランチを堪能したい時に、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
