この日伺いましたのは「びすとろ炭火焼 一星」さんです。
お店が御座いますのは大阪市北区曽根崎新地、
JR東西線の北新地駅からなら徒歩五分程度かと。
北新地の繁華街通りに面する雑居ビル一階がお店です。
伺いましたのは週末、事前にお電話で席を確保しての入店。
入って直ぐ、L字カウンターで厨房を囲み、
その奥がテーブル席の設えで、
カウンターに座り御願いしたのは以下の通り。

刺し盛りは5種で、ささみ、はつ、腿たたき、胸たたき、肝でしたが、
何れも高坂鶏の旨味は感じられなかったですね､､､
一方で、焼きの三本は高坂鶏の脂が悪い方に出てたかと､､､
無論、何れもこの日偶々だったかも知れませんが、
一筋縄では簡単に行かないのが高坂鶏なので仕方ないですかね､､､
其れと、座った席から直ぐ奥がテーブル席なのですが、
全席喫煙可だとは知らずに入ったコチラも悪いのですが、
煙が流れて参りまして結構しんどかったです､､､
炭の煙なら幾らでも喜んでwelcomeなんですが､､､苦笑
