We are proud of our charcoal-grilled yakitori, which is skewered daily, as well as dishes made with Tamba local chicken pulled in the morning. The meatballs are meaty and delicious because they are grilled from raw. There is also a wide variety of other items, and the most popular item is the fresh local chicken platter. Our specialty, the slightly grilled fatty liver, which is made by mixing fresh fatty liver with sauce and making it rare, has a creamy texture. Even if you don't like liver, please try it.
