All ingredients are carefully selected and purchased by the chef himself, and are shipped directly from Hokkaido and other regions. Enjoy Chef Takahashi's original cuisine, which is a fusion of Szechuan Cuisine and Cantonese cuisine, making the most of the best ingredients.
