東梅田駅より徒歩10〜12分の場所にある、焼き鳥屋さん オールナイト 焼鳥 戸高。
名前の通り朝方までオープンしているお店で、一昔前は高評価店として賑わいをみせていました。
いっときに比べて評価は下がってしまいましたが、昔ながらの雰囲気で時間を気にせず飲めるので、友人と気軽に飲みたい時おすすめですね。
今回はぼんじりやつくねなど、焼き鳥屋さんの定番メニューをいくつか注文。ぼんじりは骨が付いた状態で提供いただく変わったスタイルで、付け合わせの酢橘をかけることで、パリパリとした表面と弾力のある身に、良い味のアクセントが加わりました！
他のメニューも絶妙な火の通し具合で美味だったので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
