北新地に 飲んで 小腹が すいたので

1周年と 知らずに訪問。
握りを 注文。
今晩も 〆で 最高の鮨 旨かったわ！
こんな 熊本の塩トマトは、知っているのですが火蜜って いう トマト初めて食べました。
甘くて 美味しかったです。
大将また 寄ります。
ご馳走さんでした〜
場所は、昔の全日空ホテルの西側で国際モータープール前のビルの 4階で わりとわかりやすい場所にありました。
ズバリ店内は、料理 器 も 全て 凝ってました。
こだわりぬいた 感じが 漂いました。
オープンして まだ 数ヶ月しか 経ってないみたいですが、席は、サラリーマン風の人達で満席で
大将の愛想もよく ホールの女性の方も テキパキしていて 気持ちが良かったです。 お刺身も新鮮で 舎利も いい味でした。 お椀物も 薄味でも コクが 充分ありました。 又 次回も 旬のネタ 味を期待して伺いたいと 思います。 ご馳走さまでした。

久しぶりの訪問でした。
店内 カウンターは満席でした。
入荷しにくい 14代もあり
舎利もネタも旬の素材で 安定した美味しい
料理でした。
またコロナが終息し 美味しいお酒に アテ お寿司を
食べたいてすね。
