気になっていた縛りタンは冷凍でなく冷蔵肉
生でも食べられる新鮮なタンで刻みネギを手包み
霜降りタンを軽く炙って何も付けずにそのまま食す
柔らかいタンの食感と中からの葱ダレが( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
ネギをこぼさずに食べられる素晴らしいメニュー
これめっちゃ美味しくて今後流行りそうです✨
レアなお肉が美味しいから牛タンユッケも注文
薄切り生タンと濃厚な卵黄･タレが絡むと( º∀º )ｳﾏｰ
レア肉が安いのに美味しいからついつい色々と注文
席のとなりに日本酒が沢山入った冷蔵庫が見える
美味しそうなお酒を見つけると飲まずにいられない
途中から日本酒に合わせたアテにスイッチ
焼き鳥も肴もリーズナブルに楽しめて有り難い限り
