梅田のカジュアル肉バル「cocoro」
この日は梅田でサシ飲みMTG。
東通りを堂山の方へ。ちょっと細い道に入ったらビニールカーテンのお店があります。
「炭焼きＢＡＲ心(cocoro)」さんです。
意外ですが女性客が多いお店。
ビニールカーテンの赤提灯。
店内もだいぶカジュアルですが、僕ら以外のお客さんほぼ女性。
２階は掘りごたつの座敷もあるようです。
全部で５０席あるそう。
映えまくりの牛タン達！！
来店前は焼き鳥のイメージがあったのですが、イチオシは牛タン！！
映えまくりのお料理にシャッターを押すのが楽しくなってしまいました！
縛りタン380円
最近SNSを賑わしているのが、この縛りタン。
目の前で炙るパフォーマンスもええ感じ。
一口サイズで中にはシャキシャキのお野菜がたっぷり。
これは何個でも食べられるやつ。
牛タンユッケ880円
お皿にぎっしり牛タン。
卵黄と甘辛ダレ。
みんな大好きなやつ、外れなし。
牛タン寿司（1貫）380円
厚めに切っつけた牛タンに包丁目も丁寧。
レモンと茎わさびも合ってますね。
炭焼き炙り牛タン650円
これは食べ応え系。
炭焼きの香り、これ一皿でずっと飲める。
玉ねぎたっぷりなので野菜チャージ。
ますタン牛
ウニイクラのっけ550円、キャビアのっけ450円
シャリの上に薄切りタンをかぶせてます。
牛タン串
炭焼きBARなんで、やっぱ串ものが食べたいなと、牛タン串の５種盛り！

個人的にはガーリック。

焼き鳥も名物なので注文。
背肝大好きなので置いてて嬉しかったっす。
ささみも火入れいい感じです。

こちらは大根おろしで正解。
銀鮭お造り680円
いい鮭あるとのことでついつい注文。
確かに脂めっちゃのってます。
意外とレパートリーが広い！！
