Food ■“daiju” tempura
Tempura is a very simple dish that allows only excess moisture to escape, locking in the flavor, and allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients to their fullest. We are very particular about the ingredients we use, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients that are shipped directly from the farm, and wrapped in a batter made from Shirakawa water source, one of Japan's 100 most famous waters, ordered from Aso District, Kumamoto Prefecture, and flour with a low protein content, for a delicious taste. Our unique blend of mellow oils gives it a surprisingly light texture and a light finish.

We also have a wide selection of local sake from all over the country, specialty wine, beer, and shochu that are carefully selected to match your particular cuisine.
Food ■A course where you can enjoy “tempura daiju”
We offer four types of course plans: ¥3,800/¥4,800 for lunch, ¥5,800/¥7,800, ¥9800, and ¥11,800 for dinner. The content includes our signature tempura and hors d'oeuvres, allowing you to fully enjoy the charm of our restaurant.
