学生時代の友人が東京勤務20年を経て、昨年末に大阪勤務になったとの連絡。
久しぶりに会おうということになり、年明け早々に訪問したのが、こちら"沖縄SOULFOODじゃむ"さん。
このご時世、沖縄への旅行とか無理やし、気分だけでもトロピカル沖縄気分を味わいたいよね(๑ ˊ͈ ᐞ ˋ͈ )ƅ̋
オミセは、お初天神裏参道のテナントビルの2階にあり、店内は若者グループが多く、活気ある雰囲気。
【いただいたもの】
●オリオンビール(瓶690円)
やっぱり沖縄とはいえばオリオンビール❣️
ライトテイストで飲みやすいから、ゴクゴク好きなんですよね〜ww
● 海ぶどう(590円)・・・プチプチ食感が好きやねんな〜
●あぐー豚脳のぽん酢(730円)・・・豚さんの脳みそは、白子のような食感。クリーミィでなかなか旨い。
●ラフテー(790円)
●フーチャンプルー(730円)・・・一番人気のフーチャンプル。チャンプル系では一番好きかな。
●ゴーヤーとあぐー豚の生姜焼き(830円)
●カーリーフライ(590円)・・・アメリカ産の大型じゃがいもを"くるりん"とした形にカットしたもの。スパイシーでジャンクな味わい。
●軟骨ソーキそば(500円)・・・やっぱり沖縄料理の〆はこれやね♪
この時は年明け早々でまだ大丈夫だったのですが、その後オミクロンが急拡大して、新年会も延期することに( ᵕ̩̩ㅅᵕ̩̩ )
また、皆で集まれる日はいつになることやら(๑ ˊ͈ ᐞ ˋ͈ )ƅ̋
