ずっと行きたかった炭達磨。
ネット予約でも、なかなか土曜日の予約が取れない。
場所は御堂筋線中津駅からすぐ近く。
道中には、梅田で発生した雨水排水溝を建築中の場所があり、丁寧な説明もあって参考になった。
そんな雨水排水溝建築現場から３０秒で到着。
開店時間の１８時前に到着したが、待ちは１人のみ。
【重要】
店頭前にメニューが置いてあり、事前に写真撮影して入らないと、店内にはメニューは無い。
炭達磨は店主と女性のお二人で切り盛りしているお店。
だから、遅いとかのクレームを言うのはお門違い。
じっくり焦らず、注文はなるべくまとめて行うのが良い。
入店すると、まずはドリンクからの注文。
一通り店内全員に注文してドリンクの配布が
終わってから料理の注文。
だが料理は刺身盛り合わせの注文確認から始まる。
刺身盛り合わせの注文を店内全員の確認が
終わってから、他の料理の注文が始まる。
この料理の注文まで時間が掛かるので、
じっくり待つ必要がある。
注文したのは
刺身盛り合わせ @4000+アルファ
→これ刺身盛り合わせに
蒸し牡蠣と活海老がついてくるので、
それなりにボリュームがあるので注文には注意。
刺身盛り合わせ+蒸し牡蠣+活海老は、
大変美味しい！これで腹６部。
マグロほほにくステーキ@1450
→美味い！ボリュームもある。
ここからは焼き鳥だが単価を考えると
大変ボリュームがある！
ハラミ@490→美味い！
ココロ@490→美味い！
だし巻き玉子@550→ボリューム満点！
大満足でした。
だだ店主さんはホスピタリティは無い。
期待してはいけない。
その分、女将さんのホスピタリティは◎。
