今宵の晩ごはんはわら焼きの鰹です♬
店名の通り【わらやき】のお店で、藁で焼いたことで独特の香りを楽しむ、そんな香りと味を楽しめるお店のようです‼️
この日は予約なしの飛び込みです(ﾟoﾟ;;
スタッフに確認したところ、予約のお客様がみえる前までの2時間弱ならOKとのこと。
もちろんそれで充分なので入店デス。
さてさて何が美味しいのか？
もちろんお店一番のオススメは鰹のわら焼きです。
なのでこれを2人前と商品名は忘れましたが鶏(･･;)
あとはちょっとおつまみになるものをチョイス→キビナゴもお願いしました。
おつまみ系の後、しばらくして提供された鰹のわら焼きのビジュアルが凄い！(◎_◎;)
なんと分厚いことか・・・もっと薄いカットを想像していたので2人前オーダーしたのですが、こんなに分厚いのなら1人前で良かったかな(⌒-⌒; )
その鰹のわら焼き、所謂鰹のたたきですが、薬味と共にひと口食べる・・・うま〜い∩^ω^∩
これだけ分厚いとその食べ応えは言うまでもなく素晴らしいのと、わら焼き独特の香りを堪能できます♬
これ２切れで充分なほど→４切れが分担として割り当てられているので食べましたけど(^^;;
でも間違いなく美味しくいただきました‼️
薬味のニンニクもたっぷりで♬♬♬
他も美味しくいただきました〜。
