The premium Gyoza / Dumpling is made with 100% Nagasaki Hojuton pork, the only pork in Japan to be SPF certified (a sign of healthy pork) for 23 consecutive years. It's crispy on the outside and juicy
... on the inside, with an addictive taste that will have you coming back for more. The soy sauce used is Tatsuno soy sauce, Honjo Masu rice vinegar, and 100% Tokushima sudachi juice. It's also delicious with just rock salt. For the final dish, try our homemade Hojuton pork char siu rice bowl! It's an exquisite bowl.
