... on the inside, with an addictive taste that will have you coming back for more. The soy sauce used is Tatsuno soy sauce, Honjo Masu rice vinegar, and 100% Tokushima sudachi juice. It's also delicious with just rock salt. For the final dish, try our homemade Hojuton pork char siu rice bowl! It's an exquisite bowl.
