関西テレビのある扇町公園の少し北側。中崎商店街のちょうど真ん中ぐらいの場所に『おきなわステーキ酒場さぎり』さんがあります。JR天満駅やOsakaMetroの中崎駅や天神橋6丁目駅から徒歩5分ほどと立地も良き。沖縄ではアメリカ文化の影響で酒の〆に赤身ステーキを食べる習慣があるんだとか。ここは沖縄の雰囲気を感じながら美味しいお肉を食べられるお店です。
本日メインで食したのは北海道直送の神居牛のウチヒラ肉(うちももの赤身肉)。いくつか用意された肉塊から形や重量から選ばせてくれます。チョイスしたのは形の良い330g！ステーキはやっぱり肉塊で焼き上げた方が美味しいですよね。後ほど食べやすくカットもしてくれます。
モリモリに盛った野菜と皮付きポテト。このポテトがめちゃウマでした。単品でも注文できるので、別途注文オススメです！トロっトロの豚肉ラフテー。生で食べるパプリカピーマン。略して"パリピー"か？いつもは飲めない沖縄料理店ならではなお酒類があるのも嬉しいです。接客も心地よく楽しい空間をありがとう。ご馳走様でした。
