Our Japanese-inspired dishes are exquisite not only in taste but also in appearance, elegant and gorgeous, allowing you to experience the four seasons. In particular, the ``hassun'' bowl making is offered based on a different theme every month. Please enjoy our carefully selected Japanese cuisine, which emphasizes the quality of ingredients rather than the place of production. Furthermore, we are particular about the vessels we use and the way we serve our dishes, and the Wajima-lacquered bowls are changed to a different bowl every month, so you can enjoy the freshness of our dishes.

Our restaurant has two types of seating for our customers. The counter seats allow you to make your requests, and the great thing about the counter seats is that they can prepare food to suit your wishes. You can have casual conversation with the chef and tell him your preferences and mood. The private rooms allow you to relax. There are two completely private rooms for up to six people, so you can relax without worrying about the people around you. The convenience of a traditional Japanese restaurant is that they can cater to your preferences and budget.

A drink with more playfulness than a meh heart. We intentionally do not carry major alcoholic beverages such as "Dassai" or "Hakkaisan", instead only purchasing alcoholic beverages that the owner thinks are delicious and offering them at reasonable prices. We have received positive feedback from our customers as it provides an opportunity for them to discover alcoholic beverages that suit them that they have never tried before. In addition to the sake always available, we also have a wide selection of wine. We also pair wine with Japanese-style meal.
Food “Noboru’s heart” expressed in dashi soup
We offer a variety of mildly flavored dishes where you can enjoy our carefully selected ``dashi'' made with 2-3 year old ``natural true kelp'' from southern Hokkaido from Kuroguchihama and ``bonito flakes'' which go well with it. We are particular about not only the proportions of ingredients used in soups and simmered dishes, but also the parts of the bonito and the temperature. You can feel the sincere spirit of our restaurant from the soup stock.
