This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) whose signature menu is charcoal-grilled chicken. Charcoal grilled chicken is delicious. However, recently many stores have started offering it, so it doesn't taste as fresh (^_^;). Other of the restaurants serve a typical Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu. There's nothing special about it, but each dish is well-done.For example, the spicy cucumber had such a good level of spiciness that I had to order another one. As for the atmosphere of the restaurant, there is a noren (curtain curtain) as you go down the stairs, which gives off the atmosphere of a slightly higher-class Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The women who work part-time also wear Japanese clothes. Overall, the quality of the food is a little better than chain restaurants, the atmosphere is a little more upscale, and you pay a little more for that. It walks a very fine line, and I wouldn't actively want to visit it, but it's not a bad store either. It was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that made the reviewer cry.
