Our restaurant's chicken hotpot soup is the best! It contains a whole chicken and is seasoned with just a little salt, so you can fully enjoy the rich flavor of the chicken. It takes about 10 hours to make it by hand every morning. We have been making dashi using the same method for about 20 years since we started our business. It is also recommended for women as it is rich in collagen and good for beauty. You can eat a lot of vegetables with just the dashi soup, so if you don't have enough vegetables, this is a must-try.

We use domestically produced ingredients. Komatsuna, green onions, and other ingredients included in the courses are produced in Hyogo Prefecture and Osaka. We use fresh local chicken, purchased from Wakayama, Nara, and Ise. There are three dishes in each course. In addition to the popular standard stewed chicken wings, the other two dishes vary depending on what's in stock at the time. We use seasonal ingredients, so you can enjoy new discoveries every time you visit. Please enjoy the various flavors of each season.
