We offer an "selection Course" that uses luxurious seasonal ingredients. We have a rich lineup that starts with Small dish seasonal dishes, a variety of platters that go well with sake, grilled dishes that take time and effort, hot dishes that make use of seasonal Seafood, and 10 sushi dishes. You can enjoy the blessings of each season with both your eyes and your tongue. The sushi ingredients are left to age for 5 days to 2 weeks to mature, resulting in a high-quality product that fully brings out the flavor. We are proud of the exquisite balance of sushi rice made with red vinegar.
