初訪
焼肉=ホルモン と勘違いしている変なオジサン達の集り...
久し振りの北新地に舞いあがり、蕎麦屋チョイ呑みの後に此方へオジサン2名でハシゴ。
大阪の老舗フレンチやイタリアン出身のシェフが4年前に立ち上げた異色のハラミ専門店。
入店1850。訪問15分前にTEL予約。
店内、1F：L字カウンター：8席。2Fにも席があるようです。一般的な焼肉店とは一線を画し洒落てますが、半分位は同伴客でしょうか...？
頂いたのは、
① 4200円：特上ハラミx2（200g）
② 1380円：テッチャンx2
③ 1000円：お通し？：蘭王の黄身+トリュフx2
お会計は、酎ハイ+ハイボールを計4杯頂いて、1万円チョット
以下、食した所感。
① メニューには、2100円（100g）とありますが、注文は200gからとなります。
火力はロースターなのですが、スタッフの出身元がフレンチやイタリアンだったりするので、ブランデーによるフランベ付き...漏れなく③も付いてきます。
オッサンには不要ですね。お肉はレアの仕上りでそれなりに美味いです【3.6】
② テッチャン=大腸の認識ですが、ホソ（=開いた小腸。店舗によっては、コテッチャン、ホルモン と表示はまちまち...）ですね...
※ テッチャンは1切れ入ってました...
部位表記の認識の違いはありますが、先日に食した小腸よりも脂身は遙かに上質です【3.8】
テッチャン縛りでしたら、上質+リーズナブルなホルモン呑みを確約出来ますが、煙モクモクになりますので、ヒンシュクを買う事を前提にホドホドにした方がヨイでしょう...
