スプーンにユッケとキャビアが乗っている
写真の印象が強いこちらのお店。
ずっと気になっており今回やっと行ってきました。
公式HPからの予約だったので
7.700円のコースしか予約できずそちらを予約。
そして肉寿司とハラミ刺しを追加注文しました～～～！
肉寿司とコースのやや厚切りのタンは結構おいしかったです。
ホルモンはカレーの味付けだったり初めて食べる味でした！
コース終盤に出てきたこの大きな肉の塊は
店員さんが焼いてくれるのですが
フランベのようにガッと火が上がり盛り上がりました！(笑)
こちらのお肉は焼くのも切るのも店員さんが全てしてくれました。
ただ、写真以上に結構赤身が強く生感すごかった。
生もの大好きな私でしたがこれは切って出されてから
各自で軽く炙ってから食べたほうが柔らかさも増し美味しかったので
もう少し焼いても良いのかなと思いました。
味付けは塩が優勝。
全体的にまずくはないけどこの金額払うなら
もう少し肉が美味しいお店があるかなあと思いました。
