赤身のしっかり旨み、霜が入って脂の甘みもある
味付いてるけど、じゃませえへん、上品やわ
ホルモン盛合せは『はつ』『上ミノ』『てっちゃん』
はつが好きやからな、ひいき目やけど、はつが美味い
ミノもこりこり、独特の食感、で、これ味濃いなぁ
てっちゃんも、もちろん美味いー

なんか極厚のハラミがぐりんってなってる！
これは店員さんが焼いてくれたぁ
レア感ある焼き具合、トリュフ卵黄にからめて…
確実にんまい、んまいでしかない
ここでコースの焼きもんは終わり…

めっちゃ美味いわ
半分いただいて、トリュフ卵かけご飯を出してもらう
卵黄ちょん、肉巻きTKGでがっつく
最初から最後まで幸せなお口です
デザートまで完食
けっこう量食べたな、大満足です
