階段を上った2階にあって、中はカフェのようなお洒落な佇まいです。

私は生ビール（480円）を飲みました。
お通しの冷製のバーニャカウダは一人一つです。
普段バーニャカウダは1本くらいしか食べないので、
生で色々パリポリ食べるの初めて！
パプリカ、人参がとても甘くて美味しいと思ったの初めてです。
フードメニューは肉バルだけあってお肉尽くしが嬉しいです。
カマンベールチーズフランボワーズ（480円）
炙ったチーズ美味しい～！甘いソースにもよく合います。
和牛熟成肉のゴージャスユッケ（1680円）
熟成された深みのあるお肉でした。
ウニイクラに卵との相性も抜群！
ビトック（生ハンバーグたたき）（1080円）
生ハンバーグですって。不思議な食感です。
デミソースは赤ワインたっぷりの味でした。

ほんのり酸味の効いたドレッシングがたっぷりで、
しんなりしたレタスがとても美味しいです。

柔らかく煮込まれたすね肉がたっぷりです。
シチューはさらっとしています。
ホールマスタード香るポテトサラダ（480円）
マヨネーズ少な目のポテトサラダなのであっさりしています。
凄いボリュームですが、ごはん代わりに（？）
パクパク食べられます。ホールマスタードもよく合うんですね～。
和牛ももパン粉グリル（1180円）
もも肉とは思えない程柔らかい～。
パン粉は軽く揚がっていてめちゃウマ！また食べたいです。
とても気に入りました。
和牛ステーキ（1480円）
表面がカリッと焼かれていて、身はとても柔らかいステーキです。
なんの臭みも無くて、塩加減も最高！玉ねぎも甘いです。
自家製プロシュット生ハム風仕上げ（580円）
牛肉なんですって。牛肉の生ハムって初めて食べました。
柔らかくて噛むと濃厚。癖もなく食べやすいです。
スープ茶漬け（880円）
口の中でホロっととろける牛肉たっぷり！
熟成牛刺丼（880円）
綺麗なさしの入った熟成肉でごはんが見えませんね～。
とても柔らかい牛肉と卵と特製のソースが絶妙にマッチしていて
これは〆にぴったりです。
肉がとても美味しい肉バルでした。
