Two guys went to a stylish restaurant! It's a 3-minute walk from the intersection of Doyamacho in Umeda! The nearest station is probably Nakazakicho Station, but it's a nice location within walking distance of Umeda Station and Yodoyabashi Station on all lines (^^) The restaurant is on the second floor, but they sell Takoyaki on the first floor and the entrance is a little hard to find, so it feels like a hidden gem lol The restaurant only has tables that can be rearranged, so I think they can accommodate a large number of people! When I went there, there were quite a few customers, 6, 4, and 2, so it seemed like it could fit about 25 to 30 people (^^) After sitting down, we ordered drinks first! First of all, we started the party with a toast with a draft beer! For the appetizer, we had ratatouille! It was covered in homemade mayonnaise, but it had a very gentle taste lol It's perfect for warming up your stomach! lol The first dish is homemade beef Prosciutto! Seasoned with homemade black pepper! The meat has a strong flavor, but is it refreshing? (^^) The second dish is homemade pork Prosciutto! This is also a perfect dish for a snack (^^) The third dish is Bitok (raw Hamburg)! This is a dish I was really interested in! Raw Hamburg steak sounds good, doesn't it? lol It seems to be made with the meat used for Yukhoe, so you can feel the rawness of Yukhoe, and the onion flavor is also strong, and it was a really delicious dish when eaten with the homemade demi-glace sauce! The demi-glace sauce has a refined seasoning, but the raw hamburger Hamburg is also recommended for carnivorous men like me, and it is a high-spec dish that combines elegance with a junky flavor, so I think it is a dish that you should try (^^) lol The fourth dish is gorgeous yukhoe made from aged beef! Yukhoe with sea urchin and salmon roe is the ultimate trio! lol It is seasoned with something called grape seed oil, so it is delicious! The fifth dish is beef collagen stew! It is said to be stewed with beef tendons and Achilles tendons! It seems to be stewed in homemade demi-glace sauce, but this homemade demi-glace sauce is versatile and can be combined with anything! It's a collagen-rich dish, so it's recommended for women (^^) The second drink was an Italian beer called Peroni that was recommended to me! It's not bitter and easy to drink (^^) My friend was drinking a stylish homemade sangria! The sixth dish was aged beef Steak! This was also nice! It is seasoned with Takasago soy sauce and wasabi, but you can really taste the meat and it's cut a little thick, so it's a satisfying dish! The seventh dish was aged pork cutlet! At first glance, you might think there's no sauce, but... It was a style where demi-glace sauce was laid under the cutlet lol The cutlet was thin and cut into strips, so it was easy to eat and you could eat it up (^^) The eighth dish was soup chazuke! It was topped with dehydrated raw meat! The soup poured on top was also gentle and just right for the final dish! There are many ways to enjoy the restaurant, from the hearty meat flavor to the gentle meat flavor (^^) This time, there were two guys, so we mainly ate, but I think girls can enjoy it reasonably for about 3,000 yen per person (^^) There is a projector, so it can be used for a friend's birthday party, and it is a stylish and relaxed restaurant, so it is a convenient place to use for dates and group dates!
