久しぶりに会えた仲間6人で、飲みに行くことになりました。みんな日本酒か大好きで、かつ強い方ばかり。その上、当方は相変わらずの金欠のため、安くて豊富な日本酒が飲めるこちらのお店に予約して訪れました。兎我野町にあるお肉メインのお店です。日本酒４０種類飲み放題のコースをお願いしました。
ますは、少しだけ乾杯のビールを頂きます。暑くなってきたこの頃、ビールが美味しく感じます。久しぶりのメンバーとの食事に胸弾みます。
前菜3種盛り合わせが用意されます。生ハム、ラタトイユのクラッカー乗せ、エノキのソテーになります。普通ですか、ビールに合うものばかりです。
ここでら炭焼き温レタスのシーザーサラダと大和肉鶏と鮮魚の造り盛り合わせか運ばれて来ました。ここで全員、日本酒に切り替えます。日本酒は注文したものを店員の方がグラスに注いでくれます。皆違う銘柄を頼んだので、店員さんは大忙しです。全員に日本酒が注がれたので、再び乾杯します。やはり日本酒はいいですね。
レタスのシーザーサラダは、レタス丸ごと一玉を炭火で軽く炙り、シーザーサラダドレッシングとクルトンがかけられてます。何とか6等分に切り分けて、頂きます。見た目は楽しい一品です。
造り盛り合わせは、鯛と鮪中トロに、大和肉鷄のももとささみのたたきの四品になります。鶏が好きな人にはいいメニューにようで、私の分も食べられてしまいました。鯛と鮪は塩で頂きましたが、普通に美味しく頂け、私だけでなく、全員が日本酒を何度もお代わりしてしまいます。日本酒は保存状態もよく、銘柄を変えて楽しんでいます。
続いて、海鮮天ぷらといくら磯部天が用意されました。天つゆと塩が用意されます。海鮮天ぷらは、海老と烏賊、それに海苔を揚げた磯部天にいくらが乗せられています。天ぷら屋で頂くようなものではないですが、熱々で美味しく頂くことができました。いくらは醤油漬けで、日本酒によく合います。全員、日本酒を次々とお代わりします。店員さんも大変でしょうが、嫌な顔一つせずに応じてくれます。
次は、和牛すじと大根の煮込みです。これは、かなりレベルの高いお料理で、すじ肉の旨みが大根に染み、とても美味しかったです。ますます日本酒が進みます。
オムレツ風だしまきが運ばれて来ました。出汁巻きの生地で作ったオムレツで、まずいわけありません。日本酒のお供にはとてもいいてすね。
メンバーそれぞれ、３.４合は軽く飲んで、ごきげん状態です。話も弾んで絶好調です。ここで、この日のメイン、国産牛と旬野菜の炭火焼きが用意されました。牛肉にヤングコーン、パプリカ、紫玉ねぎなどが炭火で焼かれたものです。肉は程よい赤身の部分で、噛む程に旨みが出て来ます。また、ヤングコーンやパプリカなどの野菜も美味しく頂きました。日本酒は、肉にもよく合うなとあらためて感じます。ここでドリンクラストオーダーになり、銘々、好きな銘柄の日本酒を注文しました。
写真は撮り忘れましたが、〆は肉寿司盛り合わせです。軽く炙った肉を握った寿司は、一人二貫あり、肉の脂と赤身の旨味がちょうどよく、炙りの香ばしさもあり、美味しかったです。
デザートは、濃厚バニラアイスです。肉料理が多かったので、濃厚でしたが爽やかな風味で、以外とさっぱり頂きました。
こちらのお店、日本酒の保存状態も良く、色々な銘柄がありましたので、安い値段て日本酒をたくさん楽しみたい方には、ピッタリです。お料理も酒に合うものがたくさん用意されました。また機会があれば是非訪れたいと思います。
