3種のアテになる事しっかり考えてくれてるバランス☺️
・炭焼き温レタスのシーザーサラダ
炭焼きの香りが香ばしく、シャキシャキレタスとチーズの相性抜群
序盤からやられちゃいました
アラカルトで毎回頼みたくなる
・和牛と大和肉鶏の炙り刺し盛り合わせ
軽く炙られた事でお肉の風味がGOOD！
食感も良く噛むほどに肉の旨みが出てきます
・天ぷら盛り合わせ
海老と穴子とさつまいもの盛り合わせ
どれも身はほくほくで、衣の油が切れてサクッと頂けました
・オムレツ風だし巻き いくらのせ
中は半熟のふっくら玉子！
出汁が効いていて、いくらの塩っけのバランスが良し
・ほっけの一夜干し
身がしっかり脂が乗って、旨い旨い言いながらつい箸が進んでしまう。。
・和牛と旬野菜の炭火焼き
お肉は柔らかくレアな状態☺️
旨みが十分に感じられて満足満足！
・和牛うにく寿司&にくら寿司
〆はとろとろの肉寿司
軽く炙られてこれまた旨みがすごい
うにといくら良い仕事してます！
・いちごシャーベット
最後は濃厚いちごシャーベットでさっぱりと
3時間があっという間で大満足なコースメニューでした
