カッシーワE-ma梅田店へ行って来ました！
E-maは地下鉄梅田から、地下道でつながっているのてアクセスも便利。
雨の日でも濡れずに行けちゃう。
カッシーワは何店舗かお店かあり、全店舗コンセプトが違います。
E-maカッシーワは、シャンパンと鶏が楽しめるお店。
先日行った、天王寺MIOのお店はカジュアルな感じでしたが、こちらはちょっと高級漂う雰囲気のお店構えです。
お部屋は個室中心。
この日も個室のお部屋でゆっくりさせていただきました。
まずはお飲み物。
シャンパン、ワインともにラインナップが豊富！！

テタンジェブリュットレゼルヴ で乾杯。
グラスで800円。
このお値段はかなりお得なんだそう！
爽やかで軽い口当たりなので、お食事にもピッタリ。

中から最中が。
パリッと最中の中にはフォアグラと白餡。
なんとこちらはフォアグラの最中なんです！
カッシーワのCの焼き印。
滑らかなフォアグラ。
お料理の初めから、木箱を開けるという、ワクワクな演出が素敵(*^^*)
・砂ずりの粒マスタード和え
砂ずりは塩コショウでしか食べたことのない私。
クリーミーな粒マスタードのソースと、砂肝の食感がすごくマッチする！
・近江牛のカルパッチョ酢醤油の泡
霜降りの近江牛。
酢醤油が泡になってお洒落な演出。
とろける脂身、柔らかいお肉が美味しいカルパッチョです！！
・オリーブオイルのブッラータ豆腐
チーズのようなお豆腐。
オリーブオイルとだし醤油のジュレでお豆腐がイタリアンに！！
もっちりお豆腐が美味しい。
・大人のポテトサラダ
こちらは見た目がチョコレートケーキ。
何回もケーキ？ケーキ？って聞いちゃうくらい。
ケーキなのですが、ポテトサラダです。
トリュフとパン粉でサクサク。
ポテトの部分は、マッシュポテトと形のあるポテトで、
食感の違いも面白いポテトサラダ。
・ポルチーニの揚げリゾット
揚げパンのような見た目にビックリ！
そとはカリッと、中はリゾット。
ポルチーニの香りがいい、普段とは違ったリゾット。
カッシーワ定番メニューも

大きなつくねは、ジューシー！
とろーり、オレンジ色の濃厚な卵の黄身に絡ませると
・せせりバジル
・もものクミン焼き
洋風な焼き鳥。
普段の焼き鳥に飽きた方にも、オススメです。
バジル、クミンともに、香りがよく、鶏にすごく合いますね！
そして、スタッフの中にはソムリエの方がいらっしゃるので、お好みのお味を伝えれば、
ぴったりのワインを選んでくれますよ。

辛口、爽やかワイン。
フルーティーなワインは飲みやすいです。
デザートは
・フォンダンショコラ
暖かチョコレートケーキにアイスクリーム。
黒いお皿に白いアイスクリーム、赤いソースと盛り付けにもこだわり、本格的なデザートです。
個室で大人な雰囲気の店内、お洒落なお料理は、女子会やデートにもオススメ！
カッシーワは、どの店舗も違ったコンセプトがあって楽しい。
他の店舗にも、行ってみたくなりますね！！
