The dinner course, perfect for a gathering, consists of eight dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The ingredients we use are seasonal Seafood purchased at the market, and our specialty ``Kamayaki Char Siu'' is served freshly grilled. The limited edition 8-color lunch course, which can be enjoyed more casually, includes 8 types of homemade Dim sum such as Xiaolongbao shaved with fresh truffles, steamed soup with shark fin, steamed fresh fish, and more. Our dishes are handmade without using any chemical seasonings. We use many fresh ingredients from Akita, such as fried rice using Iburigakko, steamed fish using Akita's fish sauce ``shottsuru,'' and soup using Junsai. Enjoy. Please enjoy the special dishes made with amazing and creative cooking techniques, such as the recommended ``Genkotsu Kakuni Three Kinds of Black and Sweet Sweet and Sour Pork'', which is a large pork served with a knife and fork.
