久しぶりに北新地にある肉割烹『きし庵』さんに伺いました！
こちらお肉づくしのお料理を会席料理仕立てで提供してくださる稀有なスタイルで、個人的に大好きなお店ですー
お店に入るや否やスタッフさんの素敵な接客に始まり、帰りの見送りまで終始心地よく過ごさせていただきました✨
気配り、目配り、心配りが最高でしたー✨
さて、肝心なお料理ですが、お伺いした日が新メニューの日だったようで、焼き物が3品続くという珍しい構成で、お店側も重たいかな⁈と少し不安に思っていたそうなんです！
ところが、ぜんぜん気にならず、日ごろ量をたくさん食べることができない私が、すべて残すことなくスッーといただけたんです！
さらにお肉が美味い
とりわけ、今回は最初の「ラムシンのミルフィーユなめろう仕立て」から美味すぎて悶絶しちゃいました✨
いやぁー、改めて思う佳いお店です✨
