Visited for a year-end party with a customer. I had this flower course: Tessa roll of Haneshita with sea urchin sauce Luxury minced fillet fillet wrapped in yuba soup Soup with shrimp and potato loin wrapped in crab sleet Ankake Bincho charcoal-grilled tail served with magnolia miso Domestic sirloin Steak Bincho charcoal-grilled Special skirt steak Fried Oyster and loin cooked in a clay pot oven Orange and strawberry jelly Cream cheese ice cream Aperitif Mixed with plum wine and red wine Every dish was carefully prepared and extremely delicious. I was satisfied with this shop, which I don't often come to. Unfortunately, there was a long interval between dishes, so I thought it took a little longer. Thank you for the meal.
