Our chef, who has experience in Japanese cuisine, offers creative Italian Cuisine that combines Japanese and Western cuisine, incorporating elements of Japanese-style meal. The 7,000 yen "Stagione Course" is named after the Italian word "stagione," which means season, and features seasonal ingredients cooked in a manner appropriate to the season. In addition to this, there is also a 15,000 yen "specialty course" that uses plenty of caviar and lobster. Please enjoy our courses that let you enjoy the flavors of the season.
