今年最初の新地ごはん。
「蟹善」です。最近予約が取りにくいです。
個室が３室なので仕方がないです。
今回は、たらば蟹のコース25,000円（税別）です。
「ポルクラウン」という蟹にとても合うシャンパンと一緒に頂きました。
蟹善さんは、4回目か5回目くらいですが今回のシャンパンと頂いた、たらば蟹が一番美味しかったかも。
日々進化していて、毎回美味しくなっているような気がします。
毎回感動的に美味しいのでそう思うんだと思います。
今の店長さんもとても優しく愛想の良い方で居心地が良いのも理由かもしれません。
もう少し予約が取りやすかったら良いのにと思います。
