■極厚ステーキやタコス、アヒージョなどアメリカン料理を様々なお酒とともに楽しめるお店。
大阪・福島にもお店があり、知り合いがこちらのお店に行ってきて良かったということを聞き、楽しみにして行ってきました。
広々とした店内でテーブル席の間隔が広くてくつろげ、また個室席もありますよ。
■アラカルト
・VAMOSハイボール 500円
一杯目は店員さんにおすすめしてもらったハイボール、バニラの香りが珍しい。
この日は少し暑かったでのグイグイと進みますね。
・変なポテサラ（梅） 550円
メニュー名がとても気になり注文。
カラムーチョの中にポテサラが入っているというもので良く振って袋を開封して食べます。
ホクホクのポテサラにすっきりとした梅味のカラムーチョが良く合っていてサクサク感もありました。
・VAMOS STEAK（400g） 13円/1g
お店の看板メニューで調理法は企業秘密だそうで、注文は250g～。
ボリューミーなステーキでグレイビーソース、チーズ、すき焼きの三種類のソースから選べます。グレイビーソースを選択、バターがたっぷりとしみ込んだお肉は柔らかく、グレービーソースのコクが効いています。
・タコス（各種） 各値段
牛肉をほろほろになるまで煮込んだスアデロ、豚肉をオレンジやスパイスなどで煮込んだカルニダス、白身魚のサクサクの衣で揚げたペスカドそしてメキシカンチキンとそれぞれ素材の美味しさを感じることができました。
サイズも程よい大きさでどれにするか迷ったら全種類頼むのも良いかも。
・うなぎアヒージョ 950円
うなぎ、たまご焼きをバゲットにのせて食べます。
うなぎがとても柔らかくて最高でした。
・肉めしイクラ 1,599円
ジューシーなお肉にとろとろの卵黄、いくらが抜群のコンビネーションでご飯も量が多いのが嬉しい。
・燻製たまごのガリバタえのき 450円
スモーキーな香りでそこにガーリックの風味がぷりぷりの半熟たまごに合いますね。
他にもラム串やパスタ、グラタンにチキンとたくさんの気になるメニューがあるのでまた行ってみたいですね！
