Only Iberian pigs that have been raised on pasture in a vast natural environment and fed acorns for more than two months can be classified as Bellota. The highest quality marbled, lean, prosciutto Prosciutto has a unique richness, and the fat is moist and melts in your mouth. There is also a comparison menu with Parma ham.
