スペインバルも最近ではたくさんありますが、中でもこのお店はちょっと違った料理が楽しめました。
岡山産マッシュルームの鉄板焼き、北海道産インカのめざめポテサラも美味しかったです。でもやっぱりおすすめは、生ハムとピルピル(白子のをいただきました)、マスカルポーネおかか。
お店の名前にも入っている「ピルピル」はスペインのバスク地方の名物らしいですが、アヒージョとの違いはオイルを乳化させて作ることらしいです。濃厚な味わいで、お酒が進みますよ！
店員さんの気遣い、サービスも良く、料理の説明も丁寧でしたし、飲み放題のお代わりにもすぐに気がついてくれたり、居心地のいいお店でした。
