北新地の中央の萬年ビル4F「天ぷら 和」。
1Fには肉のあかい、優ふく、仁が入ってます。
少し前にTVで紹介されていた海老天重。
お昼でも予約できるので11時45分着。
カウンター12席、先客10名はシニアが多い。
予約しといて良かった～！
★海老天重 税込1000円
目の前のカウンター内では天ぷらが揚がるいい音。
1500円の天ぷら御膳だと天ぷらは一つずつ揚げて順番に提供されてる。
お友だちとならこの御膳が断然いいかな。
いろんな種類の天ぷらはとても美味しそう！
さて、4分ほどで私の天重が来ました。
蓋を開けると海老が6尾！
そしてししとう2本、茄子も(^-^)
小ぶりながらプリプリの海老が美味しい～♪
そのうち1尾灯は紫蘇巻きになってました。
サラダの酸味のあるさっぱりドレッシングが良い箸休めになりました。
欲を言えば、目の前に塩があったら、海老の尻尾につけたかったな～。
ご飯は炊きたてですが、少し柔らかめだったので、もうすこし粒がたってると最高かな。
食後にアイスコーヒーorほうじ茶orアイスがつくのも嬉しい(^-^)
