Our restaurant proposes ``kushikatsu'' that makes use of delicious seasonal ingredients. The light taste eliminates the heavy image. The special frying oil that plays a role in achieving this goal. A unique blend of Dutch lard and Taihaku sesame oil creates a healthy and flavorful product. Furthermore, we use custom-made oil pots to adjust the temperature and frying method to suit the ingredients. We bring out the charm of classic "Kuruma Prawns" and rare virgin "Wagyu beef" to the fullest. Please give it a try.

The only Wagyu beef that we handle is the rare "virgin" cow. Compared to multiparous cows, it is characterized by fine grained marbling and brightly colored, soft meat. At our restaurant, we use lean meat from parts with more marbling, such as ``rump'' and ``ichibo,'' in order to prepare it as a skewered cutlet.
