ChefMr. Kinya Nagatake - Reaching the top of the world with Korean Cuisine
The former French cuisine Restaurants owner-chef, who has been involved in French cuisine for more than 30 years and has been trained, decided to take on the challenge of Korean Cuisine. Korean Cuisine is second to none. We will not compromise or hold back. The moment you eat Tenta's food, you want to make it to your customers like a child shouting "It's delicious!!︎ while flapping his legs! This is my strong feeling. We will continue to pursue and improve every day, and we will please the customer in front of us to the fullest with Tenta's Korean Cuisine.
Food Tenta Kanjang Gejang
All members are welcome to enjoy Gangjang Gejang, a feast that only a king would eat and which can only be served to a limited number of people per day. We marinate it in Tenta's original sauce for three days and then serve it to our customers. The sauce for this ganjang gejang sauce is Jeju Island style, and we are particular about its freshness. Furthermore, we use salmon roe and sea urchin from Hokkaido, and use gold powder for a luxurious finish. This is the world's most representative ganjang gejang that you can't taste anywhere else.
Food Phantom Tenta Takkanmari
We are particular about the number of days we raise our chickens and the food we feed them, and we use the best chickens in Japan that are the best match for Takanmari. Generally, takkanmari is made by eating the whole chicken, but Tenta's takkanmari uses only the most delicious part, the middle of the wing. And the Takanmari sauce can be said to be the essence of Tenta. This is Tenta's secret sauce, which can be said to be the lifeblood of Tenta, which was developed with passion over three years by the owner, who loves Korean Cuisine and dakkanmari.
Food Tenta hormone hotpot
We use carefully selected Japanese black beef hormones. Because we are particular about freshness, there is no odor at all. The more you chew, the more flavor comes out, and the deliciousness spreads throughout your mouth. Tenta's original hormone hotpot sauce is a reproduction of what Tenta's owner's grandmother used to make. The owner, who loves Korean Cuisine, has eaten horumon nabe all over the world, but says that his grandmother's horumon nabe is the best in the world. Please try the hormone hotpot.
