私は辛さ、痺れ普通の
モッツァレラトッピングを、
お連れ様は辛さ、痺れ普通の大盛りを注文。
味見シェアしました☺️
つるもち食感の中太中華麺が
麻婆餡に絡んで美味しい～
麻婆は程よく辛く、程よく痺れ。
旨味もたっぷりです️
鶏ガラスープに干し貝柱を使用した返しに、
特徴の違う3種類の豆板醤を
絶妙にブレンドしているそう。
痺れには花椒とマーガオを使用し、
痺れの中にも華やかな香り。
モッツァレラトッピングは
まろやかでチーズのコクが増して
美味しかったんだけど、
何もトッピングしていない
ノーマルの麻婆味の方が
遥かに美味しかった。
チーズは辛さだけでなく
豆板醤や山椒の香りや風味も
和らげてしまうので
その香りや風味が好きな人は
まずは何もなしがいいかもしれない。
まぁ、どちらも美味しいんだけどね
ご飯も無料でついてくるので
麻婆丼風にして食べたり、
麺を食べ終わった後に
ダイブ飯するのもよし。
